#1 – Second Wave
Head to West Potomac Park. Look for the container structure southeast of the Flooded Levee Control Point. Climb to the top to find the Comm.
#2 – NYC Crew
This Comm is in Downtown West. Follow the SHD Cache marker until you reach an alley with a wired fence. Climb over the fence, shoot the lock, and head inside. The Comm is next to the SHD Cache.
#3 – Update: Cleaners
Go to Constitution Hall and enter the ground floor through a window. Interact with the doors inside to trigger the fire alarm, opening access to the staircase. Head up and exit through the window in the corridor to reach the terrace where the Comm is located.

Visit East Mall, south of the Crash Site Control Point. Enter the Botanical Garden and head into the children’s area to locate the Comm.

Go to Downtown West. Look high up for a building with a platform and rope access. Enter the alley and climb up past a dead body and a box. Use the vent shaft to reach the Comm.
