“An Invitation” is a Miscellaneous Starfield Mission that you can pick up near the Sanctum Universum in the Commercial District. Talk to Marcus Lestari. He’s either discussing his belief in front of the Sanctum Universum or walking around in the district.

I found him walking around in the same district or sitting on a bench. Talk to him.
2. CHECK IN WITH EVIE MARTINEZ
Mission text:
“I was asked by Marcus Lestari to check in with some prior visitors of the Sanctum Universum, and extend an invitation for them to return.”
I found Evie at Terrabrew Coffee in the Commercial District.
3. CHECK IN WITH TONY COWL
Mission text:
“I was asked by Marcus Lestari to check in with some prior visitors of the Sanctum Universum, and extend an invitation for them to return.”
Tony can be found where the shops are, near CJ’s.
4. RETURN TO MARCUS
Mission text:
“I checked in with all the prior visitors. I should return to Marcus.”
Return to Marcus Lestari. He usually hangs around the church. This concludes the mission.
