“A Legacy Forged” is the ninth Vanguard mission for the United Colonies in Starfield. It’s the follow-up mission of “HOSTILE INTELLIGENCE“. Here’s the step-by-step walkthrough.
We’ve been to Londinion and collected all the samples we need. We also found an interesting recording that we can use against Vae Victis.
1. SPEAK TO VAE VICTIS
Mission text:
“What we learned at Londinion suggests the Terrormorph attack on New Atlantis might’ve been intentional. Our only lead, though, is Vae Victis. I need to talk to him and find out what he might know.”
Back to MAST in New Atlantis. Vae Victis is still imprisoned in the basement at Subsection Seven.
2. SPEAK TO HADRIAN AND PERCIVAL
Mission text:
“I confronted Vae Victis and he confessed. He organized the attacks on New Atlantis and Tau Ceti as part of a plot to undo the damage done to the Sanon family name. But now, I have a choice: share the truth that Vae Victis is responsible or pin the blame on Reginald Orlase.”
Hadrian and Percival are up on the top floor in the office of Interstellar Affairs. You can either tell the truth or pin it on Reginald Orlase.
3. ADDRESS THE CABINET
Mission text:
“I’ve told Hadrian and Percival the truth – that Vae Victis is responsible for the attacks. Now it’s time to address the Cabinet.”
Go over to the cabinet room and make some important decisions. As a reward you’re granted class one citizenship. You can now claim the Premium Penthouse in New Atlantis for free!
