Retrieve the Savior’s Amulet in Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Starting the Mission in The Hidden City

To begin the Savior’s Amulet mission in “Shadow of the Tomb Raider,” speak with Uchu after completing the task to retrieve the King’s Horn. Your new objective involves uncovering the Savior’s Amulet, an artifact of great importance. Head to the waypoint in The Hidden City to start your exploration.

Navigating to the Cave Entrance

At the marked location, climb the tree and scale the cliff.

Use your survival instincts to make navigation easier. Once you reach the top, enter the cave. Be sure to collect the document at the entrance before proceeding further, as this saves a return trip later.

Entering the Depths of the Cave

Inside the cave, you’ll notice something unsettling. Lara comments on the passage, which can be forced open.

Do so and push forward. Stay cautious, as this part of the mission includes two traps along the way. Continue until you find a chamber containing Manko’s remains, with both a relic and a document to collect.

Climb up in this room and pass through a narrow gap to proceed deeper into the cave.

Exploring Manko’s Resting Place

Follow the tunnel until you reach a room lit by headlights. Keep moving straight ahead and descend. When Lara mentions Manko’s resting place, you’re in the right spot. Continue forward, but be prepared to fall into a pool of water. There’s no way back up, so you’ll need to spot and swim through a small underwater passage.

Solving the Water Level Puzzle

After surfacing, climb into the next room where you’ll find a door to examine. Nearby is a lever. Activating it causes water levels to rise, allowing you to access a new flooded area. Swim to the surface and look for another passage that you can enter.

Find a second lever and use it. This also raises the water, opening a new swimming route to reach the next chamber. Use a rope arrow to pull down a barricade that blocks the way.

Accessing the Sarcophagus

With the barricade down, interact with yet another lever. This time, the entrance to the room will seal shut, but an overhead exit becomes available. Swim through this upper passage, prying it open to reach another pool above. Surface here to find Manko’s sarcophagus.

Open it to complete the crypt puzzle and retrieve the Savior’s Amulet.

Returning to Uchu

To return to The Hidden City, pry open the wall located behind the sarcophagus. Follow the shortcuts, navigating out of the cave. Use a swan dive from the final platform to exit. Once you’re back at the Skull Cave, speak with Uchu to deliver the Savior’s Amulet and conclude the mission.
