This guide provides a straightforward walkthrough for locating the Storage Container and the two Data Pads at the Mechanics of Wasteland location in the Torn Plains region of Rage 2.

Collectibles Overview

-> It’s upstairs next to the bed.
3 – Find 2 Data Pads:
-> They are on the Counter and upstairs on the bed.
Mechanics of Wasteland – Location
Exploration Location:
This location promises an opportunity to scavenge loot and resources. There may or may not be competing enemies here already with the same idea. Better in the Rangers’ hands than vicious bandits.
Data Pad 1
The first Data Pad can be found on the counter in the ground-level room.
Storage Container & Data Pad 2
The Storage Container and the second Data Pad are located in the upstairs room, but the access door is locked. To reach them, head back down to ground level and look for a climbing spot marked with pink ropes. Climb up, and you’ll notice one of the upstairs windows is boarded up with pink planks. Break the boards to create an entry point, then climb inside to access the room.
