1 – How to Get This Side Case
You can pick it up at the board in the Yagami Detective Agency in Kamurocho.
2 – Head to M Side Café
The restaurant is in the big building in the center of the map. There is a man hiding above the entrance steps into the café. Examine him in Observation Mode. He’ll give you the Ninja Outfit Disguise.
2 – Head to the Dojo on Senryo Avenue
Talk to the Ninja at the entrance of the dojo on Senryo Avenue. Wear the Ninja Outfit Disguise.
After the cutscene, chase and catch Kalashnikov! Then, play Darts and win! Defeat Kalashnikov to close the case.
