The case starts with that weird “Noise” on the Buzz App south-west of town in front of the arcade. Take out your Detector and follow the noise into the arcade to the UFO Catcher.
2 – Win the Signal-Emitting Toy
Play the UFO Catcher game to win the blue penguin. A man called “Toru” will appear. Defeat him to close the case.
