The house behind the shop has a level 1 lock guarding a Collections Chest.

Go up to the watermill. Above the watermill, by the stream is a ledge with the chest and a letter.

This house, higher up in the village, has a Collection Chest inside.

“The gorgeous brooch depicts a magical bird of some sort. Which particular magical bird is unclear, but some believe it’s meant to represent one of medieval Irish druidess Cliodna’s birds who sang the sick to sleep.”
