Ghost of Yotei features more than 70 weapon kits, organized by the seven weapon types. The list below breaks them down by weapon.
Game+ Note:
Start a new game with Game+ to find a “Mysterious Merchant” near Atsu’s Home. Here you can buy two more sets of Armour (Oyuki’s and Ina’s), plus weapon kits, armour, shamisen dyes, charms, hats, and masks. All those require “Ghost Flowers,” which can be earned by replaying the game.

Mountain Bear’s Pride
Description:
“Claw your way through, take what is yours.”
In your travels, you will meet Manjuro, Bear of the Ezo, a couple of times. Look for round arenas where he practices to become a samurai for Lord Saito. The last time you will meet him is when a Matsumae samurai defeats him. Loot his weapon gear.
Mourning Kimono

“A delicacy of death.”

Nameless Death
Description:
“Nameless Shinobi’s Sword Kit. The missing found. The weak taken. The strong defeated.”

“Lord Asano’s Sword Kit. Two lords met under the mountain. One sought diplomacy. The other, loyalty. Diplomacy died in Yotei’s shadow.”

Raven Fortress
Description:
“Lord Ishiguro’s Sword Kit. A defence unbroken, he denied Saito his skills. He fell, his gaze across the ocean, yearning for home.”

Regal Punisher
Description:
“Lord Sakurai’s Sword Kit. A gardener at heart, he’d rather bring life than take it. He sought a farmer’s life where the snow hides all. Saito buried him where nothing grows.”

Sakura In Moonlight

“One of Taro’s scavenged treasures. A note reads: Even the lowest of dirt can still sting the enemy’s eye.”

“Shinpachi the Armour Thief’s Sword Kit. A hatred of samurai. A devotion to Saito. A mountain of armour ripped from his enemies.”
Defeat the Bounty: Shinpachi the Armour Thief at Kasuga Village, Oshima Coast.
Silken Bloom
Description:
“Lord Asakura’s Sword Kit. A deadly force on horseback. A chase through the fields before a final stand. For Saito, he did not kneel.”

Smiling Kabuto-Mushi
Description:
“Smiling Yoshitomo’s Sword Kit. A luring fire. A friendly face. A deadly end.”
Defeat Bounty: Smiling Yoshitomo in the Yotei Grasslands.
Starlight Abyss
Description:
“Master Uno’s Sword Kit. A fight that lasted days. Blows dealt up the mountain. Lord Saito prevailed. A last breath lost to the stars.”
Find Master Uno’s Pillar of the Fallen at the top of Mount Yotei.
Tanuki’s Bounty
Description:
“Master Ueda’s Sword Kit. A sly warrior, he gathered much treasure, but for no would-be lord’s army would he disclose its location.”

Description:
“A legacy of thieves.”

The Dragon’s Empire
Description:
“The Dragon’s Sword Kit. Rumours say Lord Saito gave this to the Dragon when he was young – then threatened to slice his son’s neck with it if he ever failed his father’s ambitions.”
Defeat the Dragon in the story of Ghost of Yotei.
The Kitsune’s Shadow
Description:
“The Kitsune’s Sword Kit. A gift from one master to betray another. Dojun thought this blade would further his ambition, but no weapon could protect him from his own arrogance.”
Defeat the Kitsune in the story of Ghost of Yotei.
The Snake’s Bite
Description:
“The Snake’s Sword Kit. A blade won in a bet. Its previous owner left for dead. This weapon followed its new master through every gambling house he dried of sake, and every brothel he left his cruel mark on.”

The Spider’s Snare
Description:
“The Spider’s Sword Kit. A sword wielded in desperation for most of the Spider’s life, it was an instrument used to gain his father’s respect by taking the lives of others. And yet in the end, it gave him nothing but pain.”

The Storm Blade
Description:
“Jin Sakai’s Sword Kit. Once wielded by a legendary warrior, this blade defended Tsushima and Iki Island from the first and second Mongol invasions. The Shogun then tried to break the blade and its owner. To save his allies, Jin entered self-imposed exile. He was never seen again, but his legend will never be forgotten.”
Complete the tale “The Storm Blade” at the southwestern tip of the Oshima Coast.
Tiger’s Fang
Description:
“Lord Saito’s Sword Kit. As leader of a clan, Saito inherited a katana passed down through generations. But he wanted something new. Something of his own. Atsu’s father thought he was forging a sword that would bring his lord and family good fortune. But the Tiger’s Fang brings only pain.”
Defeat Saito in the story of Ghost of Yotei.
Toyoraro’s Fang
Description:
“Houndmaster Toyotaro’s Sword Kit. A vicious pack. A bloodthirsty master.”
Defeat the Bounty: Houndmaster Toyotaro at Teshio Ridge.
Twin Wolves
Description:
“Crafted by Atsu’s father for the blade forged to protect his family. Twin wolves howl for a sibling found.”
Received in the story quest: Belly of the Beast.
Untamed Loyalty
Description:
“A sword that once earned a bear’s trust. A friendship not easily forgotten.”
At Tokachi Range, head to the Prospector’s Camp in the east. There is a man with a tame bear called Shino. He will start and complete the quest “The Loss We Carry”. The quest giver will leave the Prospector’s Camp, leaving the tame bear behind. Feed the bear twice and follow him to a buried weapon kit.
Unyielding Tempest
Description:
“Lord Eguchi’s Sword Kit. The sea in his veins, a sailor renowned, like a tempest he battled till the deep took him whole.”
Find Lord Eguchi’s Pillar of the Fallen in the Yotei Grasslands.
Usagi’s Luck
Description:
“Survive the cruel wilds. A warrior’s long life is earned.”
In The Storm Blade, you will meet a dark fox. Complete the tale and travel to Sanctuary Grove, where you will find the fox on the roof of one of the buildings there. Enter the building and grapple to the attic to head outside to meet the fox.
It will run away. Follow it until the journey ends behind the house, where you can find this weapon kit.
Wind’s Grace
Description:
“The voice of Ezo flows in the wind.”
Buy it for 15 flowers at Crimson Dye Beach, Ishikari Plain.
Wings of Devotion
Description:
“Swift and fearless, victory is at hand.”
Head to the Smoky Flower Grove, Tokachi Range. I did this at night, so if it doesn’t work for you, try it at night. There are some candles and flowers on top of a log. As soon as you pick the flowers, a man appears. After the conversation, you will receive his Weapon Kit.
Yae’s Cruel Brew
Description:
“Old Lady Yae’s Sword Kit. Over tea, a moment of reflection. Blood spills under the night sky.”
Find and defeat Bounty: Old Lady Yae at night in the Tokachi Range.
Yatagarasu’s Judgement
Description:
“Reveal the unjust under the sun’s light.”
Buy it for 15 flowers from the Oshima Coast Merchant.
Yoshitada’s Fourth Pearl
Description:
“The Last Brother’s Sword Kit. Four swords ocean blessed. Three at peace. One in mourning.”
Find and fight the Bounty: The Last Brother at Oshima Coast.
Yotei’s Charge
Description:
“Under her shadow, Ezo stands protected.”
Free Ezo and liberate all 22 Occupied Locations.
Katana (Dual)
Hawk’s Talon
Description:
“Hanbei’s Sword Kit. A legendary hunter whose prey trembled at its sight – save for the tiger who took its master’s arm.”
Given in the game’s story by Hanbei, who can’t use it anymore.

Kusarigama of Master Enomoto
Description:

Master the Kusarigama by visiting enough Altars of Reflection and spending the points for the Kusarigama. Then, return to Master Enomoto to free the Kusarigama from the ice. Equip the Kusarigama and heavy attack it.
Lily’s Touch
