#1 – Settling Down
This Theater Comm is located on the ground floor of a building. If you’re completing the SHD Tech Cache mission, you’ll be guided right to it.
#2 – Firearms Training
You’ll find this comm in the Federal Triangle, north of the Navy Plaza Control Point. Look near the Food Resource Node for easy access.
#3 – Strategy
Head east in the Federal Triangle area. The comm is positioned on a roadblock platform.
#4 – New Crew
This collectible is located in Downtown East. Enter the underground Metro system via a staircase with a large Metro sign to locate it.
#5 – Hyena Interrogation
Another Downtown East collectible, this one is found in an alley behind the Admiral Burger Food Resource Node.
#6 – Peter Problems
Also in Downtown East, access the Theater Comm by entering a building through its garage on the east side. You’ll find the comm at the far end of the room.

Search for this comm in Downtown East. It is lying on the ground in an alley.
#8 – Sustainable Power
This comm is located in Judiciary Square, southeast of the Hotel Infirmary Control Point.
