The Fadefields – Arch of Inceptus

Vault Fragment Locations

1 – Coastal Bonescape

Go to the Stillshore, located on the southwestern edge of the Coastal Bonescape. You’ll find the Vault Fragment on a table out on the back terrace.

2 – The Howl

To find this Vault Fragment in Borderlands 4, go to The Howl region. Head to the mountain northeast of Faction Town: The Launchpad. You’ll find a cave entrance on the north side. Enter the cave, and the Vault Fragment will be at the very back.

3 – Idolator’s Noose

At Rosemary’s Reserve, in the central east area of Idolator’s Noose, you can find the Vault Fragment hidden in the crawlspace beneath the silos. To access it, look for a ventilation panel that you can remove to enter the crawlspace. As a bonus, there’s also a bobblehead right next to it!

Vault Location

Once you have all three Vault Fragments, the Arch of Inceptus Vault Entrance will appear on your map at Idolator’s Noose. You’ll find it atop a hill on the west side of the Dissected Plateau, just south of “The Stubs” Point of Interest.

Carcadia Burn – Arch of Radix

Vault Fragment Locations

1 – Tonnage Peel

Find the Vault Fragment deep underground in the Wreck of the Last Great Hope at Tonnage Peel. Go through the tunnel filled with creeper nests. You can also grab an ECHO Log Collectible here. Look for a vent cover on the floor that you can pull off.

Go down into this hole. The Vault Fragment is on a pedestal.

2 – Lopside

The Vault Fragment at Lopside is located on the roof of the petrol/gas station, just south of the Makeshift Chalet Safehouse. You can reach it by jumping up from the sides or back, or by using a grapple point. Look for a dinner table on the roof – the Vault Fragment is in the center.

3 – Ruined Sumplands

You’ll find the Vault Fragment on the northwest side of the marked circle on the Ruined Sumplands map. It’s located at the waterfront, just northeast of the Hull’s Handbasket landmark.

Vault Location

Once you’ve collected all three Vault Fragments, the Arch of Radix Vault Entrance will appear on your map. You can find it at Grindstone of the Worthy, just north of the Order Silo.

Terminus Range – Arch of Origo

Vault Fragment Locations

1 – The Low Leys

To find the Vault Fragment at The Pit Point of Interest at the Low Leys, look for it just above the entrance to the bar. You can reach it by climbing up the collapsed hillside nearby.

2 – Windspear

Enter the Vestral Garrison Point of Interest at Windspear from the south and head to the control room on the ground level to find a Vault Fragment. In the same room, you’ll also find the ECHO Log: Stop Resisting, which is part of the Low Leys ECHO Log Collectibles.

3 – Cuspid Climb

At Cuspid Climb, take the Order Silo: The Reliquary zipline to reach a mountain platform in the north. You’ll find an ECHO Log there, along with Logan, a named mauler who lives in a cave to the northeast. Inside the cave, you’ll also find the Vault Fragment.

Vault Location

Once you’ve collected all three Vault Fragments, the Arch of Origo Vault Entrance will appear on your map in the south of the Low Leys. It’s inside a cave at the border to Cuspid Climb.
