You have crafted the White Wood Bow in the Hernand smithy. Now it’s time to hand over the bow and complete “The First Step” questline.

“Hand over the white wood bow to Andrew. This will mark the children’s first step.”

Andrew is back at Howling Hill, near the main tent. Talk to him to complete the questline. Sweet Taste of Bounties follows.
