Crimson Desert: Sanctum of Temperance

Starting the Quest

Meeting the Witch of Wisdom is part of the “Black and White” Main Quest storyline, where you have to find the Witch of Wisdom. She then has the request to cleanse four sanctums:
-> Sanctum of Absolution
-> Sanctum of Temperance
-> Sanctum of Penitence
-> Sanctum of Benediction

The Witch of Wisdom is part of the Hernand: Witches Quest Section.

Quest description:
“They say witches live in hidden locations throughout Pywel.”

Liberate the Sanctum of Temperance

The Sanctum of Temperance is just below the Goldleaf Guildhouse. It is also part of the Pailune, Antumbra Order Quest Section, but this time, the Darkness over the Sanctum questline.

There is no boss fight needed here, just defeat the local hostiles until you’ve liberated the place.

Cleanse the Sanctum of Temperance

After the liberation, the Sanctum of Temperance has to be cleansed.

First, find the missing Fusion Reactor Core II. It’s a white cube you can place in your Kuku Pot with Axiom Force. It is also visible on the minimap. Put it inside the powered machine by first discarding it from the Kuku Pot, then using Axiom Force and Force Palm to return it.

Check the four towers around the center mechanism. One of the towers is missing the top part. There is a nearby building covered in vines. You need fire to burn the vines. There is a fire lantern on top of one of the buildings.

The vines will burn down, and you can enter the building.

The missing piece is in here. Grab it and take it to the broken pillar, where you can place the piece on top.

Next, climb the almost-repaired tower and perform a Force Palm on the piece to lock it in place. It is important to jump before performing the Force Palm so that the force is directed downward.

The Witch of Wisdom will arrive and reward you for your efforts with two Kuku Blueprints:

-> Blueprint II: Kuku Lightning Spear
