Crimson Desert: Ross’s Request Quest Walkthrough

Starting the Quest

At the start of Chapter 4, Greymane Commissions are added to the Journal Faction Quests.

Talk to Ross at Howling Hill and listen to his request. He wants Kliff to get rid of the bandits at the Apothecary.

This is a Greymane Faction Quest -> Commissions -> Tales of the Greymanes

Quest description:
“Ross, the dispatch coordinator, has heard rumors that bandits frequently raid the apothecary and has requested an investigation and aid.”

Check the Details of the Situation at the Halssius Apothecary

The Halssius Apothecary is near St. Halssius’s House of Healing, where Kliff rescued Yann in the quest “Familiar Curses”.

Talk to the stranger outside the apothecary. He’s calling out for help and wearing a yellow coat. He’s grateful and calls the Greymanes for help if they attack again.

Before leaving, take your time to enter the apothecary. There is the Mild Herbal Tea recipe inside, and the memory: Halssius Apothecary (Hernand -> Clues).

There is also the Letter: Letter from a Mother in the nearby abandoned building.

The Letter from a Mother reads:
“To my beloved son.
I should never have sent you to St. Halssius’s House of Healing.
The moment I saw them dragging you away that day, I knew I had made a horrible mistake.
But I couldn’t bring myself to stop them. Not a single day has passed without regret since I let you go.
If you ever happen to read this letter, could you forgive this foolish mother?“

Tell of the Situation at the Apothecary

Return to Ross and inform him of what the man at the apothecary reported. This will complete the quest.
