Outlaws in Demeniss

There are thirteen bounty posters in Demeniss. As with all bounty posters and bounty hunting, always keep your minimap in your view when traveling Demeniss to find the purple bounty poster symbols. Pick them up and read them to register them in the Faction Quest section of your in-game menu. You can then go on the hunt! While looking for an outlaw, always look for the outlaw’s poster symbol on the minimap! Here’s where they all are in the same order as in the in-game menu.

Hint: If you have completed the Lunar Judgment questline, where you free the western, southern, and eastern courts, you can also take captured outlaws to one of those courts.

Grull

The poster says:
Name – Grull

Grull has a bounty for habitual burglary of abandoned houses. A net bulging with assorted household goods hangs at his side. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.
However, only half the bounty will be awarded if killed instead of captured alive.
Demeniss Constabulary

Grull is found in the eastern parts of Demeniss town. Wait for after midnight, when he does his burglaries.

Fabrizio

The poster says:

Fabrizio has a bounty on his head for illegally trafficking animals from the wildlife park. He has recently been seen wearing a rabbit mask. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.
However, only half the bounty will be awarded if killed instead of captured alive.
Demeniss Constabulary

Fabrizio is wearing a rabbit mask and can be found in the northwestern part of the Demeniss Wildlife Park, by the fence. He is there during the day, standing by a white tent. Fabrizio is wearing a silver coat, and his rabbit mask is quite filthy.

Garth

The poster says:

Bounty – 48.00
Last Seen – Wiggling Hill
Race – Ore
Garth has a bounty on his head for disturbing the peace with crimes of kidnapping and murder.
A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.
However, only half the bounty will be awarded if killed instead of captured alive.
Demeniss Constabulary

Garth is north of Demeniss City, near the Denn River. He’s hiding in a cave at water level.

Selene

The poster says:

Selene has a bounty on her head for extorting money through the use of a cultist religion. She has been seen wearing a nun’s habit, black in color, along with a green necklace. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.
However, only half the bounty will be awarded if killed instead of captured alive.
Demeniss Constabulary

Selene can be found just north of Demeniss City at Wheelsmith Wainwright. She is disguised as a nun. I found her west of the marker, sitting on a bench.

Cecil

The poster says:

Cecil has a bounty on his head for defrauding people by using stage magic during performances. He is reported to be seen wearing a blue jester hat and outfit. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.
However, only half the bounty will be awarded if killed instead of captured alive.

Cecil is a jester wearing a blue outfit at the circus. You can find him there during the day.

Blair

The poster says:

Blair has a bounty for causing disturbances with incessant loud outbursts at night.
He has recently been seen with his hair tied up at the top of his head. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.

Demeniss Constabulary

Blair is hiding near the southern Demeniss Castle gate. He’s at the fountain square west of the bell tower. Blair is wearing dark clothes and making a fool out of himself.

Bo

The poster says:

Bo has a bounty on his head for stealing countless times and fencing near the harbor. He was seen with a black hood on, carrying his belongings. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.

Demeniss Constabulary

Bo can be found at the harbor of the Silvermoon Tradehouse in the southeast of Demeniss City. As you approach, he will slowly walk west.

Ursula

The poster says:

Ursula has a bounty on her head for cultivating man-eating plants classified as dangerous crops. She was seen wearing a white turban and carrying a bag. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.

Demeniss Constabulary

Ursula hides in the Slopeseed Farm just east of Demeniss City. She’s wearing a white turban and is walking around in the area. She will leave Ursula’s Journal in the inventory once you bring her to the Constabulary.

Helia

The poster says:

Helia has a bounty on her head for human trafficking, targeting passersby. She was seen wearing a gray conical hat and a brown apron. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.

Demeniss Constabulary

Helia is the furthest away from all of Demeniss’ Bounties. She’s at the far south, past Shipwreck Shore. She’s standing east of the quest marker, looking down to the valley below.

Rinaldo

The poster says:

Rinaldo has a bounty for conning the public by posing as a beggar and committing habitual fraud. He is recognized by his well-groomed mustache and attire that bears one arm. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.

Rinaldo is a beggar in the southwestern outskirts of Demeniss town. I found him there during the day.

Gunder

The poster says:

Gunder has a bounty on his head for pickpocketing. He was seen in ragged attire and sporting black hair. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.

Gunder can be found near the western Demeniss town gate and will walk towards the north in search of victims.

Henrik

The poster says:

Henrik has a bounty on his head for pickpocketing. He was observed with a broad forehead, wandering around in tattered clothes. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target and brings them to the constabulary.

Henrik can be found in the center of Demeniss town. He’s standing by the side of the main road.

Aksel

The poster says:

Aksel has a bounty on his head for pickpocketing. He was seen wandering around, wearing a red hat and sporting long hair. A bounty will be paid to anyone who captures the bounty target

Demeniss Constabulary

Aksel is standing by the road near the eastern Demeniss town gate. When I first found him, he was quite friendly and approached me, then bumped into me and ran off. The second time I picked him up, where I found him.

The Crimson Warden

A Greymane standing at the Hernand-Demeniss border will inform you that a Greymane archer has defected and is now known as the Crimson Warden.

Eliminate the Corrupted Greymane

The Corrupted Greymane is at the Demeniss Wildlife Park just south of Demeniss. There is also an Abyss Nexus right by the entrance. The Fight against the Crimson Warden is the main attraction at the Demeniss Wildlife Park. Defeat her to liberate the area and complete the quest.
