In Crimson Desert, Flame: Melting the Chains is a short House Serkis faction questline in the Hernand region. It begins northeast of Rodbel Fishing Dock, where you encounter bandits holding a captured slave near a ruined house.
This walkthrough shows how to start the Remaining Chains quest by freeing the slave, where to find the nearby slave camp, and how to liberate it to complete the questline. It also notes the optional Roofless House memory located at the same spot.

Starting the Quest
This questline is a Hernand -> House Serkis Faction questline and has only one quest. It can be discovered just northeast of the Rodbel Fishing dock in the east of Hernand town.
Defeat the bandits at the side of the road near a destroyed wooden house and free the slave to start the “Remaining Chains” Quest.

Liberate the Slave Camp
