Brave New World is the first questline of Chapter 11: Truth and Reality. It consists of five quests, starting with The City of Steel.

The gates to Delesyia Castle are closed, and the guards won’t let you through. Did you notice how everyone is wearing a Visione Helmet? Put it on, and the guards will let you through!

Find and enter Marni’s house to talk to him.

Read the Memory beneath Delesyia Castle

In the cutscene, Marni will create a hole in the ground to drop you down into his laboratory. Right at the start, look around to find two Palmar Pills. At the end of the room is a device with a lever. Push it all the way to the left to reveal the Visione Data Input Device.

It is shaped like a clock and requires the hour and minute hands to be set to a certain position. Just hold both the hour and minute hand buttons at the same time to solve the puzzle. You will then see the memory: Mysterious Invitation.

Marni urges you to look around, looking for a door you haven’t seen before to find the exit. You will notice that the room is longer in the memory. Walk to where the two cogwheels turn at the end of the room and exit the memory there.

Now, there is a wooden door, and you can exit the laboratory with the transporter Marni mentioned in the message.

Head to the Manor with the Golden Statue

Exit the wooden house, the Benus Riverside Cabin, through the door. There is an Abyss Nexus fast-travel point you may want to activate before entering the nearby manor, the Museum of Marni. There is a massive golden Marni statue next to the entrance. Enter through the double doors to continue.

Read the Memor Inside the Strange Manor

Inside the entrance corridor, take the Marni Painting off the wall. Not only because it is unknown and by taking it you will learn all about the item, but also because there is another Visione Data Input Device behind it.

Wear the Visione and interact with it. Like before, press both hand buttons at the same time. Marni will tell you that there is another transporter in the Manor and that you have to collect three keys before you can find him.

Look around in the memory and go through the doors within it. Once you exit and feel trapped in a room, look around. There is always a Visione Data Input Device somewhere that takes you back into the memory. The benefit of getting out of the memory is to collect the paintings and valuables. Exit the memory when you don’t see a door anymore to go through a real door into a room with a broken staircase. The Visione Data Input Device is next to the bookshelf. In the memory stage, don’t go upstairs yet. Instead, go into the room below the stairs to find the “Old Research Journal” – the purple book on the minimap.

In the memory, the staircase is intact, and you can climb it to the next floor. Go through the corridor door and continue on. There are so many valuables in this manor, it’s a shame not to stop in every room of it to collect them without consequences. The transporter is in the last room on the top floor.

First of all, you don’t have to use the teleporter to reach the locations. You can travel there on land. If you want to use the transporters, do the Aeronautical Research Base last, since it is a hovering platform above the Aeronautical Research Base. You can only collect the key from all three locations after having defeated the local boss.

Retrieve the Key from the Aeronautical Research Base

Enter and connect with Marni’s Transporter to reach the first location. You can select three locations by symbols. The Aeronautical Research Base is the yellow sun. You will be transported to a hovering platform above the Aeronautical Research Base. To get the key out of its casing, you have to defeat the Storm Crusher.

Retrieve the Key from Marni’s Laboratorium

Marni’s Laboratorium is the blue spiral/eye if you use the teleporter. You will be transported to an underground corridor of Marni’s Laboratorium in the east of Delesyia.

From the teleporter, turn left to the cylinders with a red light – those are prisons. Open them up to free the trapped people – it’s a bio-battery used by Marni (like in the Matrix Movie). Here at the back is also the Health Detection Device Helm. It displays the target’s health when worn and used.

For the key, head to the other side of the corridor to a room with a lot of prison cells. In here, you will notice a purple cube on the minimap.

Defeat the Dreadnaught at Marni’s Laboratorium so you can take this key out of the electrified casing.

Retrieve the Key from Valvegard Garrison

Vanguard Garrison is the red symbol if you are using the teleporter. It’s in the south of Delesyia, south of Mount Benus. If you arrive by teleporter, you will be in an attic. Look for the purple cube in your minimap. You can only retrieve the key after defeating Thunder Tank.

Head to the Location Disclosed by the Man

Return to the Strange Manor and use the transporter on the top floor.

At the transporter, use the lantern to focus on one of the three indentations, where you can put in the keys. Put all three keys into the three indentations to use them in the transporter. You will travel to Marni’s hideout.

Investigate Your Surroundings

In Marni’s hideout, you can pick up two Palmar Pills. Pick up and read two documents and one book:
-> Careful Observation of H.A.L.L. (document)
-> Features of Visione (book)
-> Golden Star Blueprint (document)

Then, press the button on the center device to complete the questline.
