The First Ambermire Crimson Radio

The first Ambermire Crimson Radio location requires some precise climbing. Start at ground level near a structure with a box marked with yellow paint. Climb on this box, then jump towards the ladder.

For the next bit, timing is crucial; ensure you jump at the very edge of the platform to grab the ladder successfully.

Climb up to the next level, then jump onto the metal pipe to reach the Crimson Radio. Once there, interact with the computer to complete this part of the challenge.

The Second Ambermire Crimson Radio

The second Crimson Radio location involves traversing rooftops and using an overhead pipe as a pathway. Begin at the marked starting point on the Ambermire Map, where you’ll jump onto the roof of a nearby building.

From there, leap onto a second roof. Look for the pipe above you and carefully climb onto it. At the end of the path, jump onto another roof. Move around carefully to locate the platform with the final Crimson Radio. Drop down to the platform and interact with the radio’s computer to complete the challenge.

Ascension Bluff Crimson Radio – Pandora

The “Crimson Radio” challenge in Borderlands 3 is part of the Ascension Bluff Challenges on the planet Pandora. To complete it, you’ll need to locate the Ascension Bluff Crimson Radio on the Ascension Bluff Map.

The Crimson Radio can be found on top of a structure in the Ascension Bluff area. To reach it, you’ll need to climb up to access the antenna. Once there, interact with the computer to complete the Pandora Crimson Radio challenge for this location.

Athenas Crimson Radio

To complete the “Athenas Crimson Radio” challenge in Borderlands 3, you’ll need to locate and climb to the top of a tower marked with a red sun painting. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you with this task.

Start in the courtyard at ground level on Athenas. Look for a hut and get onto it by using a long grey box on the ground. You have to run and jump to reach the top. From there, climb onto Maliwan crates and a yellow-painted pillar to reach the opposite side.

Once across, find another Maliwan box and jump onto the nearby fence. Be careful not to fall—if you do, you’ll need to start over. Land on the fence and make your way to a white overhanging structure. Jump onto it, then move backward as far as possible without falling, and leap onto the roof above.

You’ll know you’re in the correct spot when you hear the radio speaker playing. From here, climb the boxes and jump to the next roof.

Once you’re on top, run and jump to the opposite side, where you’ll find a ladder. Climb it and continue heading to the next side.

At the final section, climb one more ladder to reach the top of the tower. Here, interact with the computer to complete the “Athenas Crimson Radio” challenge. For a better view of the challenge area, you can consult the “Athenas Map,” which shows the exact location.

Atlas HQ Crimson Radio – Promethea

To find the Atlas HQ Crimson Radio, you’ll need to head to the ground floor of the Atlas HQ Map at the very far end. The location is near the water at the end of this area. Climb over the railing and follow the platforms down to the Crimson Radio.

Carnivora Crimson Radio – Pandora

To find the Carnivora Crimson Radio, get out of the big driving area and head to the area where you can’t drive to. Exit the vehicle and look for a set of containers with an opening. Climb through there to easily access the Crimson Radio.

Cathedral of the Twin Gods Crimson Radio – Pandora

Crimson Radio is one of the Cathedral of the Twin Gods Challenges in Borderlands 3. Found on Pandora, this particular challenge involves reaching a Crimson Radio tower in a tricky location. Using the Cathedral of the Twin Gods Map as a guide, the path to this challenge can be frustrating, but persistence is key.

Here’s an overview screenshot showing how to climb the tower. The red arrows indicate the paths to follow. This is by far the most frustrating Crimson Radio challenge in the game.

First, climb onto the container shown in the screenshot above. Walk to the end of the broken platform and jump up to the next level. From there, take the ladder and follow the path until you reach the broken platform with beams across it. Jump onto the first beam, then onto the second one.

When you reach the second beam, jump onto the pipe ahead. Climb to the top of the pipe—it might take a few tries, so don’t get frustrated. Once you’re at the top, things get easier. One more jump, and you’ll reach the computer for the Crimson Radio Antenna!

Desolation’s Edge – Nekrotafeya

There are two Crimson Radio Challenges at Desolation’s Edge, Nekrotafeya, in Borderlands 3.

The First Desolation’s Edge Crimson Radio

The first Desolation’s Edge Crimson Radio can be a bit tricky to find. It’s located near the large, open central area of the Desolation’s Edge map on Nekratafeya in Borderlands 3.

Climb up from the back of the structure and find the staircase leading to the viewpoint. Once there, look for a container covered in overgrown vines—it almost looks like a tangled mess of spaghetti. Jump onto this container and keep climbing to continue your ascent. At the top, there is only one jump left to reach the Crimson Radio Antenna.

The Second Desolation’s Edge Crimson Radio

The second Crimson Radio location is a bit easier. Reach the building highlighted in the Desolation’s Edge overview map above. Then, use the boxes and containers to reach the Crimson Radio Antenna. The path is highlighted in the screenshot below.

The First Devil’s Razor Crimson Radio

To find the first Crimson Radio in Devil’s Razor, head to a camp with numerous pipes in the north of the map. You will need to climb these pipes to reach the antenna. Start by locating a beam with red cloth near a weapons cache within the camp. Jump onto this beam and use it to step onto the pipes.

Continue climbing by moving onto the higher pipes and walking carefully along the thinner ones. Eventually, you’ll reach a platform.

From there, you’ll see the antenna. Carefully walk the pipe past it, cross the beam, and find a staircase leading up. Once at the top, jump down to access the radio computer and interact with it to complete this part of the challenge.

The Second Devil’s Razor Crimson Radio

The second Crimson Radio is situated in a small settlement in the northeast of Devil’s Razor. Begin by climbing on top of some boxes in the area, which will give you access to the structure. Navigate around and either jump over the railings to reach the radio or use a nearby ladder for safe access. Interact with the radio to finish this part of the challenge.

Floodmoor Basin, Eden-6 Crimson Radio

The Crimson Radio challenge in Floodmoor Basin is part of the Floodmoor Basin Challenges in Borderlands 3, located on the jungle-covered planet of Eden-6. There are two Crimson Radios to find in this area, and both require some navigation and timing.

The first Crimson Radio is on a tall tower. To reach it, you will need to climb up and maneuver across beams. Use jumps to pull yourself up onto the platform. Remember to hold down the jump button so your character can climb properly. This radio is depicted clearly on the Floodmoor Map, helping you locate its position.

The second Crimson Radio is at a locked logging camp. Access to this camp is tied to progress in the main story missions. If the area is still locked, you’ll need to advance the story until the path to the logging camp is unlocked. Once accessible, you can climb the water tower to activate the radio.

Jakobs Estate Crimson Radio – Eden-6

This Crimson Radio challenge in Borderlands 3 takes place at Jakobs Estate on Eden-6.

You can find the Crimson Radio at the bandit camp near the Jakobs Estate Fast Travel point. It’s located on top of a small wooden building that’s easy to climb.

Konrad’s Hold Crimson Radio – Pandora

Konrad’s Hold is a small map on Borderlands 3’s Pandora. The overview map highlights just one Crimson Radio location.

At Konrad’s Hold, you’ll find two train tracks. One track has a red car, while the other, separated by an abyss, leads to the Crimson Radio Antenna. Climb onto the red car, then run and jump across to reach the Crimson Radio.

Since you’re here, there is also a Dead Claptrap nearby, just by the cliffs.

Lectra City Crimson Radio – Promethea

This Crimson Radio challenge in Borderlands 3 takes place at Jakobs Estate on Eden-6.

The Crimson Radio in Lectra City is located on the roof of the building marked on the map. To get there, start by climbing to the roof of the building across from the one with the radio antenna. Next, jump onto the street lamp below with the speaker attached. From the lamp, run and jump to the roof of the Crimson Radio tower.

Meridian Metroplex Crimson Radio – Promethea

The “Crimson Radio” challenge in Borderlands 3 is part of the Meridian Metroplex Challenges on the planet Promethea.

The Crimson Radio Antenna at Meridian Metroplex is easy to locate and deactivate. It’s situated on top of a building that you can climb without any trouble.

Meridian Outskirts Crimson Radio – Promethea

The Crimson Radio Antenna at Meridian Outskirts, same as with the Meridian Metroplex Radio, is easy to locate and deactivate. It’s situated on top of a shipping container tower that you can climb without any trouble.

Tazendeer Ruins – Nekratafeya

Tazendeer Ruins on Nekratafeya is also a small map in Borderlands 3. The overview map highlights just one Crimson Radio location.

When you reach the Crimson Radio location, you’ll see it’s blocked by an energy shield. To access it, head to the back of the building. Walk around and climb up using the rock formation.

Keep climbing the rocky platforms until you enter the building. Now you just have to climb up the boxes to reach the Crimson Radio Antenna at the top of a shipping container.

The Anvil Crimson Radio – Eden-6

There are two Crimson Radios to find at The Anvil on Eden-6 in Borderlands 3. Both of them are easy to get to.

The First “The Anvil” Crimson Radio

The first Crimson Ration in “The Anvil” is on top of the shipping container tower in this area. It can be climbed without issues.

The Second “The Anvil” Crimson Radio

The second Crimson Radio is located on top of the building near the bridge. To reach it, use the pipes and beams to climb up. While it’s a bit more challenging, the path is straightforward. Remember to hold the jump button to ensure your character grabs onto something at the end.

The Splinterlands Crimson Radio – Pandora

The Splinterlands is a bigger map on Borderlands 3’s Pandora but only has one Crimson Radio Antenna to deactivate. The overview map highlights just one Crimson Radio location.

During the first part of “The Homestead” Side Mission, you can deactivate the Crimson Radio Antenna. After getting the fuse for the mission, climb on top of the fuse box to reach the Crimson Radio.
