To complete the Kairos Speaks Challenge in Borderlands 4, you must find and collect all the hidden ECHO Logs on the map. These are a type of regional collectible. You can find your collected logs in the ECHO Logs section of your inventory. All General ECHO Logs count as collectibles, but only 25 of the Mission ECHO Logs do, and these can only be found during the associated Side Mission.
