Borderlands 4: Arch of Radix Walkthrough

Vault Fragments Locations

Alright, so you need to snag three Vault Fragments in The Fadefields, which is basically the southern chunk of the Borderlands 4 Kairos map. You’ll find one at the Coastal Bonescape, another at The Howl, and the last one at Idolator’s Noose. Once you’ve captured the Order Silo in each of those spots, a Vault Fragment Search Area will pop up on your map to help you out. But hey, I’m just going to show you exactly where they are right off the bat!

Tonnage Peel

Order Silo: Order Silo: Site Unseen – Tonnage Peel

-> Location: Northwest Tonnage Peel, easily accessible. Interact with the terminal to claim.

Vault Fragment: Tonnage Peel

You’ll find the Vault Fragment deep underground in the Wreck of the Last Great Hope. There’s a tunnel/corridor packed with creeper nests, and you can also snag an ECHO Log Collectible in there. Just keep an eye out for a vent cover on the floor that you can pull off.

Drop down into this hole and you’ll find the Vault Fragment on a pedestal.

Lopside

Order Silo: Rustical Hurl – Grindstone of the Worthy

The Order Silo: Rustical Hurl is in the west of the Grindstone of the Worthy region. – Carved into a mountainside. Drop down to the Silo ground level if you haven’t done so. Enter through the ground-floor main entrance of the Creeper-infested area. Inside, you can grapple further up the building to reach the capture terminal.

Vault Fragment: Lopside

The Vault Fragment at Lopside is on the roof of the petrol/gas station just south of the Makeshift Chalet Safehouse. You can jump up at the sides or at the back or use a grapple point. There is a dinner table with the Vault Fragment in the center.

Ruined Sumplands

Order Silo: Judgement’s Lapse – Ruined Sumplands

The Order Silo is in the center of the Ruined Sumplands, just north of the destroyed settlement ruins and northeast of the Pain Street POI. It’s embedded in a Ripper camp, built on a platform above the camp. Climb up there, enter, and capture it.

Vault Fragment: Ruined Sumplands

The Vault Fragment is in the northwest of the indicated circle after capturing the Order Silo. It’s at the waterfront, northeast of the Hull’s Handbasket POI.

Arch of Radix Vault

After collecting all three Vault Fragments, you’ll see the Arch of Radix Vault Entrance marked on your map. You’ll find it at Grindstone of the Worthy, north of the Order Silo.

Just pop the Vault Fragments into the slot, and boom – the Vault Gate opens up. Head on in and interact with it to zip straight into the vault. Once you’re inside, grab the side mission to kick off your Primordial Vault: Carcadia Burn Side Mission.

Alright, so hop on the glowing ramp to the next island. You’ve got three waves of bad guys on three different islands to clear out before you can finally face off against Primordial Guard Inceptus.

Then it’s time for the main event: Primordial Guardian Radix.

After you’ve defeated Radix, grapple onto the purple orb to get transported to the top right corner of the Arch of Radix Vault map. There’s a yellow orb waiting in the center of the island – grab it to unlock Glide Pack: Regen Reduced. On either side of the purple portal, you’ll find two red weapon chests. When you’re ready to leave, the purple portal will take you straight back to the fast travel station so you can exit.
