Welcome to my guide for finding all Seneschal Statues at The Royal Palace, the Niveous Realm in Blades of Fire. This walkthrough provides clear directions and visuals to help you uncover every statue, ensuring you don’t miss out on weapon parts along the way.
Seneschal statues are wooden figures of a warrior holding a specific type of weapon. To get a weapon part, interact with a Seneschal statue while holding the same type of weapon. There are 7 weapon types: Daggers, Twins, Sabers, Swords, Greatswords, Polearms, and Spears. Each type includes 5 weapons, and each weapon can be upgraded a limited number of times. You can check the available upgrades in the “Forge Scrolls” section of the in-game menu. The parts you’ve collected will be shown under the weapon with a Seneschal symbol. Once you’ve collected all the parts for a weapon, it will turn bronze and can no longer be presented to a Seneschal statue.

The Royal Palace Overview Map
Below you will find the overview map of the Royal Palace with the Seneschal highlighted.
2 – Sabers Seneschal
After Aran defeated Nerea, he ended up in the Abyssal Cells, the palace’s prison. Make your way to the center corridor, where you can break through into the main ground floor hall. Here, enter the Dining Hall and use the lever there. It will open the passage to the east, where you have to defeat a Sanguine Lord for the Blood Key. Open the gate there with the key and head to the top of the tower, where you can enter the big round structure, the Mausoleum, in the northeast of the Royal Palace. Here you can find this Sabers Seneschal.
3 – Sabers Seneschal
Another Sabers Seneschal is at the bottom of the tower to the west of the Mausoleum.
4 – Spears Seneschal
From the Mausoleum anvil, head downstairs and cross over here to the small western tower. Then, head all the way downstairs, where you can enter the center building again. In the first room to the left is this Spears Seneschal.
5 – Swords Seneschal
From here, you can use a lever to grant access to the central palace hall again. But don’t go back unless you have to recover at the Abyssal Cells anvil. Instead, go downstairs, turn left at the bottom of the stairs to find the Swords Seneschal.
7 – Sabers Seneschal
From the previous Seneschal, head down to the throne room. In the south is a Sabers Seneschal.
8 – Swords Seneschal
At the small eastern tower with the elevator, cross over to the large palace section above the Abyssal Cells. Here, you’ll find the Balcony of Oblivion anvil. Follow the southern path around the building until you find a rope to climb to re-enter. Inside, you’ll encounter the Swords Seneschal.
11 – Spears Seneschal
Return to the Balcony of Oblivion Anvil and go to the rope you climbed up to reach the previous Seneschals. This time, instead of climbing the rope, drop down to the left onto the staircase and go up. Here, defeat the two Sentenzas and the Sanguine Lord with the key. Here you can also use a lever to open the gate to two templars and to a shortcut leading back to the Balcony of Oblivion anvil.
Now with the Blood key in hand, you can open the gate to the west, across the bridge. Here is the elevator that goes down to the Throne Room, but before you go, on the balcony is this Spears Seneschal.
12 – Greatswords Seneschal
At the Throne Room level, you can now swap elevators and take the other elevator down. Here, right by the elevator, is the Greatswords Seneschal.
