The Unsung Hunter Avatar Frontiers of Pandora Walkthrough

1 – Talk to Aleymun and Neyan in The Commons

Location: Aranahe Hometree – The Commons
Quest Step: Talk to Aleymun and Neyan

The quest starts in the Weaver’s Den at the Hometree. Talk to Neytu on the west side of the Weaver’s Den, who tells you that the two lookouts Aleymun and Neyan are arguing. Go up the ramp next to Neytu to reach The Commons on the second floor of the Hometree.

An aircraft went down nearby and Aleymun wants to investigate, while Neyan is more reluctant. He even tells you to stay away, which is all the more reason to take a look.

2 – Locate the Crash Aleymun Mentioned

Location: Silk Woods – Construction Site Echo in the Cocoon Hills
Quest Step: Locate the crash Aleymun mentioned

Aleymun gives you three hints about the crash site. She started her patrol of the Silk Woods from the Weaver’s Flourish camp (both are named on the map). She then crossed the Threaded River heading southwest and saw smoke from a construction site among the Cocoon Hills. In the unguided mode you have to find it yourself, otherwise the crash site is marked on the map.

The hints describe the route of her patrol. From the Hometree, simply head southeast. You soon see smoke and Aleymun at Construction Site Echo. Talk to her to continue.

3 – The Unsung Hunter Clues: Investigate Construction Site Echo

Location: Construction Site Echo
Quest Step: Investigate Construction Site Echo with Aleymun

At Construction Site Echo, you have to find out what happened. Scan the site and 6 clues light up. Connect them into 3 pairs as shown below.

Pair 1: Aircraft Debris – Broken Tree
A large piece of aircraft debris lies on the floor near the spot where you met Aleymun. The broken tree is not far away.

Pair 2: RDA Corpses – Broken Spear
These two clues are close together. Look for the two corpses on the floor and the broken spear next to them.

Pair 3: Ikran Prints – RPG Launcher
The Ikran prints are a big smudge on the floor. The RPG launcher lies on the floor inside the camp.

Hack the Laptop
Before you leave the camp, hack the laptop under the makeshift tent with your SID tool. Its audio recording confirms that a Na’vi brought the RDA aircraft down.

Once you solve the investigation, talk to Aleymun. She is still somewhere in the camp.

4 – Track the Scent of Aircraft Fuel

Location: Southwest of Construction Site Echo
Quest Step: Track the scent of aircraft fuel

The piece at Construction Site Echo is only a small part of the aircraft, so you have to find the rest. Scan the area for the fuel scent: it shows up as a blue line in the air leading southwest.

At the crash site, a group of RDA soldiers is waiting. Defeat them to continue the quest.

RDA-SCII Light Shotgun
After the fight, look for the locked container at the camp. Hack it with your SID tool to get the RDA-SCII Light Shotgun.

5 – Talk to Aleymun and Get Your Rewards

Location: Aranahe Hometree – The Commons
Quest Step: Talk to Aleymun

With the RDA soldiers defeated, the threat is gone. Return to the Hometree (fast travel works) and talk to Aleymun. She is back in The Commons with Neyan, where you met them at the start of the quest.

In the discussion, it turns out that Neyan caused the crash in the first place and was too embarrassed to admit it. The Unsung Hunter is now complete.
