Follow the crow to the wall at the base of the staircase. Here you see a symbol arranging and the wall opens (also in the real world).

Solving the Rift/Vision

Go through the rift into the vision. There are 4 blue glowing blobs in this vision. 3 at ground floor and 1 downstairs. Go to all of them to reveal them.

1: Select the one at the entrance with the door first.

2: Select the one with the paper pile in the office.

3: Next is the one with the wall, where people are carrying stuff downstairs.

4: Select the last one downstairs.
