Architect Boris Kramer was found dead in his office, the result of severe blunt force trauma. The body has already been removed from the scene. His business partner, Falk Hagen, reported discovering the body and claims he was at a nearby architecture photography exposition at the time of the incident. Initial observations indicate signs of a struggle inside the office.

Witness Statement Falk Hagen:
Falk Hagen states that he left the office around 20:30 to attend a nearby architecture photography exposition and remained there for approximately 90 minutes. He reports that he did not visit any other location during that time. Upon returning to the office around 22:00, he discovered Boris Kramer deceased and contacted authorities.

The crime scene is in an architect’s office

Fingerprints

Take out your UV Light and look for fingerprints. There are two in the reception area on the desk.

In the office, turn left to the large furniture by the wall. There are two fingerprints in the first section. One next to a certificate, the other one above it on the shelf. You have to “lean up” to find it. A third fingerprint is next to those two by the awards.

The next fingerprint is at the coffee table with the brown chairs. Then, cross the room to find another fingerprint by the liquor bottles.

Back in the Lab, read the emails. You will receive a DNA Profile, a Biological Sample, a smartphone and a fingerprint.

Fingerprint Analysis

Before using the Fingerprint Analysis Workstation, Analyse the Pile of Dirt and extract the fingerprint from there. There are no fingerprints on the dirt.

› camzillasmom.com

Now head to the Fingerprint Analysis workstation and compare the known fingerprints to the unknown ones. Boris Kramer’s and Falk Hagen’s fingerprints are available to compare. Five fingerprints match with Boris Kramer, two match with Falk Hagen. Export and pick up the results.

Decrypt Digital Devices

There are two digital devices to decrypt. The Laptop found on the crime scene and the smartphone that Falk Hagen provided. Both of them are undamaged and don’t need desoldering. Access the Digital Device Decryption station and run both devices through it. Extract and pick up the results.

Biological Samples & DNA Analysis

First place the two available biological samples into the machine to generate a DNA report. There is the unknown sample from the crime scene and the sample Falk Hagen provided.

Wait until all the samples are processed, pick up the results and then compare both known DNA Profiles (Boris Kramer and Falk Hagen) with the unknown sample from the crime scene. The sample matches to Boris Kramer at the bottom row 19, 20-22. Also generate a “no match” for Falk Hagen. Export and pick up the reports.

Fingerprint Analysis: Second Round

Like before, first analyse the Gold-Plated Brick and extract the fingerprint from there. Extract and pick up the results. A new unknown fingerprint is found.

Biological Samples & DNA Analysis: Second Round

Place the new biological sample from the Gold Brick into the machine to generate a DNA report.

Wait until all the samples are processed, pick up the results and then compare both known DNA Profiles (Boris Kramer and Falk Hagen) with the unknown sample from the brick. The sample matches to Boris Kramer at the second row 8-13. Also generate a “no match” for Falk Hagen. Export and pick up the reports.
