Costume: Face Tendrils

There is another box with a yellow top that holds the Costume: Face Tendrils. To get here, analyse the pinwheel and do the Fartkour. Go down, shoot, or hit the ladder to the right so you can go to ground level. Open the door, climb the ladder back up. Then use Time Fart so you can go up again and open this box.

Walk up onto the truck to find the Wasteland Suit and Shades inside a box with a yellow top.
