The Artisan of Glimmith: Polyomino Window Puzzle Solutions

Introduction

To reach the Polyomino Window, head straight ahead after solving the puzzle on the round platform when coming from the Market/Restaurant Window.

In the “Polyomino Window” area, the required tile shapes are shown inside the puzzle area. The 1-tile shape is not shown. So whenever you encounter an empty 1-tile shape left, just fill it to complete the puzzle.

Polyomino Window Puzzle Solutions

The Precision Window requires 13 Puzzles to restore, 20 to turn it silver, and 31 to turn it golden – with three additional, optional puzzles.

Puzzle 1

Cross over from the Window 5 – Village Restaurant District, and you will find two paths. This puzzle follows the path straight ahead.

Puzzle 2

Keep following the path straight ahead to find Puzzle 2.

Puzzle 3

Keep following the path, and you will encounter Puzzle 3.

Puzzle 4

Turn left at the crossing (the path to the right would lead to the Precision Window), and solve Puzzle 4 on the way.

Puzzle 5

Puzzle 5 is at a crossroads – head up to reach the big courtyard with the square hole in the center, or follow the path to the left to go uphill from there.

Puzzle 6

I’m entering the big courtyard with the square hole in the floor and the Polyomino Window, to solve Puzzle 6 by the entrance.

Puzzle 7

I stay on the courtyard level and move clockwise. To the left of Puzzle 6 is Puzzle 7 on the path.

Puzzle 8

I stay on the courtyard level (not going below it, yet) and solve the puzzle behind the house to the left – Puzzle 8.

Puzzle 9

Head northeast from the previous puzzle to find Puzzle 9 on a wooden platform.

Puzzle 10

Puzzle 10 is to the left of the Polyomino Window.

Puzzle 11

I will now solve the cluster of three to the right of the Polyomino Window, starting with the closest, Puzzle 11.

Puzzle 12

Puzzle 12 is in the middle of the cluster of three.

Puzzle 13

Puzzle 13 is the last of the cluster, the one to the right.

Puzzle 14

With 13 Puzzles solved, the window is now restored. There is still one solvable puzzle on the courtyard level – Puzzle 14.

Puzzle 15

Before going uphill, I want to discover what is hidden below the Polyomino Window. If you head back to the market, you can look towards the courtyard and spot at least four puzzles. I start from right to left, with Puzzle 15 on top of the wooden platform.

Requirements:
-> 2-tile shape
-> 5-tile cross

Puzzle 16

Puzzle 16 is to the left of 15, also on the wooden platform under the Polyomino Window courtyard.

Requirements:
-> 2-tile shape
-> 3-tile vertical shape

Puzzle 17

Puzzle 17, level 5, is at the bottom level below the courtyard, just by the cliff.

Puzzle 18

Puzzle 18 is the last one below the courtyard that you can spot from far away, so far. Here’s the solution.

Requirements:
-> 3-tile corner
-> 4-tile L-shape

Puzzle 19

Return to the courtyard and the square hole in the floor. There is an alcove at the hole containing a puzzle. That’s my Puzzle 19.

Puzzle 20

Now I look straight down the hole to find Puzzle 20. Under the locked puzzle on the island.

Requirements:
-> 4-tile block
-> 5-tile hand’n’finger shape

Puzzle 21

With 20 Puzzles solved, all Polyomino Puzzles will unlock. I’m wrapping up the courtyard and the area below it before going uphill. Puzzle 21 is on the center island, in the square hole of the courtyard. It’s a level 6 puzzle.

Requirements:
-> 4-tile L-shape
-> 4-tile flash shape
-> 4-tile hat shape

Puzzle 22

For Puzzle 22 I’m zooming out to the far back again to see the three now active puzzles below the courtyard. Puzzle 22 is next to Puzzle 15.

Requirements:
-> 17-tile “G”
-> 2-tile shape

Puzzle 23

Puzzle 23 is below Puzzle 22, by the cliff on the lowest level.

Puzzle 24

Puzzle 24 is just below the Puzzle 21 center “island” puzzle, in the middle of the square hole.

Requirements:
-> All regions must have an area of exactly 5

Puzzle 25

For Puzzle 25, you have to move back a little so you can peek through the center square hole at an angle to spot the puzzle at the back.

Requirements:
-> 3-tile corner
-> 12-tile circle

Puzzle 26

For Puzzle 26, also below the courtyard, move to the right, so you’re looking down at the Precision Window area. Then, look back through the hole by the courtyard to spot the puzzle (left border of the screenshot).

Requirements:
-> 3-tile vertical shape
-> 3-tile corner

Puzzle 27

Puzzle 27 is another puzzle to find below the courtyard, but it is trickier to spot. You have to move to the far left. While above the Restaurant District/Market, look back to the Polymino Window courtyard to spot the puzzle down below.

Puzzle 28

Puzzle 28 is below the Polyomino Window. Zoom back so you can see the whole Precision Window area. Then you can look through the courtyard hole to see the puzzle under the Polyomino Window.

Puzzle 29

For Puzzle 29, return to the center courtyard and the hole. There are three puzzles hidden in the top right corner (bottom left corner in the screenshot). Puzzle 29 is the level-5 pillar in the top-left.

Puzzle 30

Puzzle 30 is next to Puzzle 29.

Puzzle 31

Puzzle 31 is next to Puzzle 30 in the area below the Window courtyard.

Requirements:
-> All regions must have an area of exactly 10

Puzzle 32

With 31 Puzzles solved, my Polyomino Window is now golden. There are three puzzles left. Let’s start by going back to the Window level. Puzzle 32 is to the right of the window, in front of one of the blue, closed doors.

Puzzle 33

Puzzle 33 is to the left of the window on top of a terrace of a house.

Requirements:
-> All regions must have an area of exactly 9
-> Delta & Gemini

Puzzle 34

The last puzzle of the Polyomino Window, Puzzle 34, is in the back garden of the house to the left.
