1. Veiled Edge Banners
Veiled Edge Banner collectibles serve as save and fast-travel points in Rise of the Ronin. They are sometimes, but not always located in significant and busy areas.
Windmill
The Windmill Veiled Edge Banner is the southern banner of the two in the Shibo Region. It’s just next to the Gliding Training Spot.
There are various ascension spots/grapple points around the mountain that you can use to get to the top.
2. Public Order
“Public Order” collectible events are locations in a region that enemies occupy. Free the area by killing all the enemies in the area. This will strengthen the bond with the villagers.
The Public Order Event in the Shibo Region is in the north of the map. There are five enemies in total with one “formidable foe”. They are all wolves and boars with the Fugitive Boar: The Rampaging Red Princess – Lv. 11 amongst them.
3. Fugitives
There are three fugitives in the Shibo Region of Rise of the Ronin. Here’s where they are.
The Rampaging Red Princess – Lv.11
The Fugitive Boar with the name: The Rampaging Red Princess is patrolling the area of the Public Order Event collectible.
Debt-Dodgers Kiheiji & Yahei – Lv.12
The remaining two fugitives are camping together. The Level 12 Debt-Dodgers Kiheiji & Yahei can be found at night in the southeast of Windmill Mountain.
5. Cats
The cat collectible is a real cat, not some kind of statue that you have to find. As you travel around the region, listen closely. You may hear a meowing from a cat. This means you are very close. Reach the Cat and pet it.
Windmill
This cat is just sitting close to the Windmill Veiled Edge Banner, where the Gliding Training is.
Village
There is a cat in the village in the center of the Shibo Region map, just below Windmill mountain. Look for a shy Calico Cat near a house entrance. Crouch to it until you can pet it.
6. Treasure Chests
Treasure Chests are big unmissable chests that have to be found in the region.
Rice Fields
The Rice Fields are in the northwest of the Shibo Map. Climb up to the top level of the terraced rice fields. At the same level as the main building at the top, there is a barricaded garden shed. Use the Sub-Weapon: Fire Pipe to blast away the barricade to reach the Treasure Chest inside of the shed.
Village
There is a storehouse with a locked door in the village in the center of the Shibo Region, just below Windmill Mountain. To get inside, climb the roof of the neighboring house.
7. Gliding Training
The Gliding Training is taking place at the top of Windmill Mountain at the Windmill Veiled Edge Banner. It has a difficulty of 2 of 5 points.
Compete for points by destroying floating targets while gliding. If you land on the ground anywhere outside of the goal, you will be disqualified. The faster you reach the goal, the more points you will earn. Reach over 14000 points to get the maximum reward. You only have to do it once to receive the collectible for the 100% Region Completion.
See the points and rewards system below:
The trick is to get all the targets towards the left first, then use the grapple kites to get back to the top to finish the rest of the targets. How to achieve the perfect result:
8. Photography
Windmill Atop a Crag
Photography Details:
Take a photograph of the windmill that sits atop a steep crag from below, looking up.
The Windmill is at the center of the region map, where the Gliding Training is taking place. From the photography location shown below, take a picture of the windmill.
Terraced Rice Fields
Photography Details:
Climb atop the roof of a farmer’s house and photograph the terraced rice fields that lie below.
The Terraced Rice Fields are in the northwest of the Shibo Region. But before you can take a picture, you have to reach the top of the building highlighted on the map. I chose to glide down from the top main building to the neighboring building. And from there another glide to the target/ photography building highlighted on the map.
You have now reached the top of the said farm building and can take the photograph like this:
