The first Storage Container is on a platform south of the Recharge Station.
Storage Container 2
The Storage Container is at the top of the center lookout tower.
Storage Container 3
The Storage Container is at one of the shipping containers towards the eastern camp entrance.

The last Storage Container is at the base of the big tilted tank.
