After you’ve finished the First Badge Promotion Quest, you can now go back to the icy area north of Meadow Range. You’ll get the “Fixing the Cable Car” Quest.
1 – Deliver 1x Broken Cog
After the cutscene up at the broken Cable Car, go back to town and talk to Opalheart. She can be found at the “Hearts and Sparks” blacksmith shop. Talk to her and choose the yellow ! exclamation mark to continue with the quest.
2 – Deliver Cog and Blueprint
After the cutscene, you’ll receive a blueprint with the task to take both, the cogs and the blueprint to Lucke. He’s living at the farm in the north of town and is responsible for the shop. Go to the till and talk to him. Like previously, choose the yellow ! exclamation mark to continue with the quest.
3 – Deliver Cable Car Blueprint
Return to Opalheart at the “Hearts and Sparks” and give her the new blueprint. Again, make sure to pick the yellow ! exclamation mark.
4 – Get Copper and Silver Nuggets
Grab your hammer and go to Meadow Range. Both, the Copper and Silver Nuggets are past the fixed landslide. See where they are and how they look like below. You will need 18 Copper Nuggets and 10 Silver Nuggets.
5 – Deliver the Nuggets
Return to Opalheart at the Hearts and Sparks and give her the copper and silver. You will receive the Metal Cogs for the repair. The whole repair costs 3,000 Gold, 675 Wood and 525 Stone. Interact with the Cable Car to repair it.
