This mission is about getting a chemical back from a thief. Deploy the Spider-bot on the mission target and walk through the green clouds. If you get to a crowd of people, hit the triangle and keep following the clouds. Do this until you see the thief running away. Then catch him with a web (R1).
Return the chemical to the Research Station.
Mission Completed.
