Raise her Intimacy Level to Level 2 by keep going to the bar and spend some time with her.
Soon after she will text you and you can ask her if she had food yet.
MEET WITH EMILY AT THE STATION
Meet up with her at Jinnai Station and go to the Plage Restaurant for desert and coffee.
Now the flirting starts and you're getting to know her a bit better.
