Here’s how to complete the Tumba del Sabio in Just Cause 4.
Starting Point
The tomb is north of Prospero Aeroespacial and west of Villanueva / La Thak at the coast. It’s right at the border to Hatun Ukucha.
Open the Tomb
A big stone wall is blocking the entrance. No way here. Go north to the beach and look for a cave at the waterside. It’s here:
Go down and in. All the way to the back where you can tether up and down again at the other side.
Follow the path through a structure. At the end you can tether up again. Now you’re at the other side of the big wall.
Here’s the lever. Tether hold and release on the floor to use it. The head will drop down and roll through the wall outside. Make sure it lands in the socket. Then go to the vault behind it.
Go inside the vault, light the skull and complete the tomb.
