As soon as the blacksmith in Jova Village opens, talk to Victor about weapons. Then, gather the shards behind the red tool cabinet next to Victor. There is also the Lymbic Rod – Grief, Y.

Open the Lymbic Chest

With both Lymbic Rods in your possession, you’re ready to unlock the chest. Head back to the basement of the blacksmith’s house and open it to reveal its contents: Glyph – Lymbic Mending.

The rods are not being returned.
