1 – Treasure Hunt Start

The Treasure Hunt starts; the note is outside the house.

Description:
“Alright, you Highwaymen lice. You want to break into this bunker so bad, have at it.
Bunker’s under the shed. Door’s at the bottom of the
ladder past the fish.
Go on then. Come in. I dare you.”

2 – How to Solve the Fish Puzzle

Exit the house. Climb over where the safe is. There, you can smash a wall to get inside. Then, climb up where the elevator is. Up there is another wall to smash to get into a bedroom.

In this room, there is a note on the shelf that reveals this code:
-> 2 4 6 1 3 5
Go down and turn on the generator. Watch the numbered fish on the wall move in the same order.

3 – Get the Stash

Go outside, down the bunker. Here are the same-numbered fish. Interact with them in the same code:
-> 2 4 6 1 3 5
Then the door opens, and the stash is yours.
