There is a note at Sunrise Threshing in Holland Valley.

It says:

To access the garage, start by shooting the lock on the ladder attached to the silo. This will release the ladder, allowing you to climb up to the top of the silo. From there, use the zipline to glide onto the garage roof.

Head down to the garage’s small yard, where you’ll find a locked gate. Shoot the lock to access the outside. Locate the red truck and drive it towards the trailer, positioned over the bunker entrance. Simply bump into the trailer to automatically attach it to the truck – no need to step out of the vehicle. Once the trailer is moved, you’ll be able to open the bunker. Go up the ladder on the other side – result. 3 perk magazines inside.
