Crowmon is an Ultimate Digimon, which is the third form, and his strength is “Mobility”.
A Moral (Vaccine) Digimon (see the Drop symbol) and therefore STRONG AGAINST WRATHFUL (VIRUS) Digimon (the ones with the Virus symbol).
DESCRIPTION
A mutated Mysterious Bird Monster with three legs. Its special move, Savage Emperor, is a blast of energy concentrated through the tokkosho on its wings then shot from its foreleg.
WHERE TO FIND
There is at least one Battle area in each named big area on the World Map. Additionally, you can find monsters by scanning all areas with your camera. See areas, where you can find Crowmon below:

When fighting with Digimon, you can also choose to talk to them. They will ask you one of seven question and you can fill a bar above them. When you manage to fill three of the six cubes to fill the bar, it will turn friendly and you can either ask it to join or to give you an item.
Here are the conversation answers:
“If your friend was off causing trouble, how would you deal with it? –> NOTHING TO DO WITH ME.
“Looking at innocent monsters really puts your heart at ease, doesn’t it?” –> NOT FOR ME, NOPE.
“What would you do if someone told you an idea you believed in was incorrect?” –> GET ANNOYED.
“Sometimes you should act on emotion instead of logic, don’t you think?” –> LEAP BEFORE YOU LOOK!
“Is wanting quiet time to yourself such a crime?” –> YOU SHOULD GO FOR IT!
“How do clouds in the sky look to you?” –> MAKES YOU THINK, HUH?
“I’d like to avoid a pointless battle, if possible…” –> THERE’S NO SUCH THING.
SKILL
“Continuous Movement” – Passive Skill
Chance of moving once more after moving if you haven’t attacked.
Each unit has their own Passive Skills, unique abilities that remain active during the entire battle. You can check these abilities on the Stats page for each unit.
“Attack”
Deals Wind damage to target(s).
The Attack has an Effect of 130 and costs zero Skill Points. The range is 2 squares with an area of effect of one.
“Savage Emperor”
Deals Light damage to target(s), with a moderate chance of reducing their PHYS DEF and SP DEF one rank.
The Savage Emperor Attack has an Effect of 200 and costs 45 Skill Points. The range is 5 squares forward and sideways with an area of effect of 4 squares forward.
RESISTANCES
Units have individual resistances to Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light and Dark element skills. The higher the resistance, the less damage they receive from a corresponding skill. Also, equipping certain Enhancement items can boost these resistances.
Fire: 30 (strong against fire)
Water: -60 (weak against fire)
Wind: 60 (strong against wind)
Earth: 0
Light: -20 (weak against light)
Dark: 20 (strong against dark)
