BlueMeramon is an Ultimate Digimon, which is the third form, and his strength is “Attack”.
A Wrathful (Virus) Digimon (see the Virus symbol) and therefore STRONG AGAINST HARMONIOUS (DATA) Digimon (the ones with the Cube symbol).
DESCRIPTION
A Fire monster that burns hotter than a Champion-level Meramon. Its special move, Ice Phantom, coats opponents with sub-zero flames.
WHERE TO FIND
There is at least one Battle area in each named big area on the World Map. Additionally, you can find monsters by scanning all areas with your camera. See areas, where you can find BlueMeramon below:

When fighting with Digimon, you can also choose to talk to them. They will ask you one of seven question and you can fill a bar above them. When you manage to fill three of the six cubes to fill the bar, it will turn friendly and you can either ask it to join or to give you an item.

“I’ll pulverize ya! Gwaaahahahahaaa!” —> SCARY! BUT I’LL WIN!
SKILL
“Frozen Flame” – Passive Skill
Raises damage dealt by Fire and Water attacks two ranks. Also increases Fire resistance and Water resistance one rank.
Each unit has their own Passive Skills, unique abilities that remain active during the entire battle. You can check these abilities on the Stats page for each unit.
“Attack”
Deals Fire damage to target(s).
The Attack has an Effect of 130 and costs zero Skill Points. The range is 4 squares forward and sideways with an area of effect of one.
“Ice Phantom”
Deals Water damage to target(s), with a high chance of increasing your PHYS ATK two ranks.
The Ice Phantom Attack has an Effect of 225 and costs 45 Skill Points. The range is 2 squares around with an area of effect of one.
RESISTANCES
Units have individual resistances to Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light and Dark element skills. The higher the resistance, the less damage they receive from a corresponding skill. Also, equipping certain Enhancement items can boost these resistances.

Earth: -100 (weak against earth)
