Chapter 2: The End of Greed Overview
This is the fourth quest of five in “The End of Greed” story block in Chapter 2.
1 – The Dark Veil
2 – The Flames of Greed
3 – Kidnapped Healer
4 – Rebellion or Revolution
5 – Cheers Echoing From the Edge
Completing these five quests will lead to the start of Chapter 3.
Starting the Quest
The quest starts automatically after “The Flames of Greed”. After rescuing the Healer from the bandits, the Healer will tell you that this all happened because Shakatu didn’t become the guild leader.
Quest Description:
“Find Shakatu to confirm the details of the incidents in Hernand and settle the matter once and for all.”
Go to Shakatu
Shakatu is no longer at the Goldleaf Trading Post. From where you’ve freed the Healer, just follow the road north. Be aware that there are hoards of bandits in this area.
You will arrive at Shakatu’s camp, where his soldiers attack before you can talk to Shakatu.
Speak to Shakatu
After the cutscene with Shakatu, follow him to talk. He wants to make an alliance – you defeat Hornsplitter, and he will provide goods. This will complete the quest. “Cheers Echoing From the Edge” is next.
