The Hope After the Draught quest in Crimson Desert follows the events after defeating the Reed Devil. You’ll return to Howling Hill to check on Andrew and see how your companions are holding up.

Chapter 3: Pioneering Overview

This is the first quest of six in the “Pioneering” questline in Chapter 3.

-> 1 – Hope After the Draught <-
2 – Scattered Comrades
3 – Rumors from the Sawmill
4 – A Gentle Touch
5 – Bustling Hill
6 – Greymanes Reunited

Completing these six quests will lead to the start of Chapter 4.

Starting the Quest

After defeating the Reed Devil in the Quest Dance with the Devil, Kliff returns to Howling Hill to check on Andrew’s condition.

Quest Description:
“Andrew was injured during the battle with the Reed Devil. Return to camp immediately to check on his condition.”

Check on Andrew’s Condition

Andrew is in the main tent at Howling Hill to complete the quest. This starts the second quest in the “Pioneering” questline: Scattered Comrades.
