Flame Knights is a House Azerian faction questline set in Demeniss, available after liberating the region in Chapter 8. It sends you into the political underbelly of the town – secret meetings, a letter from a countess, and a castle assault – before rewarding you with the Seal of Devotion and the ability to recruit workers across the continent.

Starting the Questline
Flame Knights is a House Azerian, Demeniss faction questline. It is available after liberating Demeniss in Chapter 8.
Letter of Silence
Description
Bastier’s confidant, Tristan, holds a fort in the west of Demeniss. Defeat Tristan to shatter their unity.
Talk to the servant near the butcher shop in the western part of Demeniss town.
He will send you to a house in the northern parts of Demeniss town to talk to someone “in secret”. They are waiting inside the building, but you have to interact with the window on the outside. It’ll cost 1 silver.
Read Countess Azerian’s Letter in your inventory. Then, travel to the Flame Knights Castle in the west of Demeniss town. There is an Abyss Nexus just north of the castle. Defeat the enemies around and in the castle, then Tristan.

After defeating Tristan, you have to find two pieces of Tristan’s loot in the Flame Knights Castle. First, look at the minimap, and you will see a white dot. This is a special item: the Spada Sword.
For the second item, follow the stairs up to the top of the castle, where you will see another dot on the minimap. This is the Drake Shield.
Also in this area is a fiery ball for the Kuku Pot (Abyss Cell No. 1). Pull it out of the wall, then seal it in the Kuku Pot.
Good to Know
After defeating Tristan, you now have the Seal of Devotion in your inventory. Use it there, and you can now recruit workers by spending contribution points in each region.
