The A Chunk of Meat quest in Crimson Desert continues The Greymane’s New Fangs questline and introduces the basics of the pet system. After following Naira to Bloomwood Ranch, you’ll need to buy meat in Hernand and return to her.

Starting the Quest
In the first quest of this questline, you’ve followed Naira to the Bloomwood Ranch in “The Nag and the Stubborn One”. When you arrive there, she asks you to fetch some meat.
This quest is the first of three for the Graymanes -> Scattered Embers -> The Greymane’s New Fangs questline.
Quest description:
“Buy meat and join Naira at the town gate.”
Buy 5 Lean Meat
Buy 5 pieces of lean meat at the butcher in Hernand town.
Rejoin Naira
Meet Naira near the southern town entrance. She’s with a Brown Dog. Talk to her and give her the meat. This will complete the mission.
This quest’s purpose is to teach you the purpose of pets. Keep petting the same creature until its trust level is full. You can then take it as your pet. Keep coming back to the Brown Dog to pet it and gain its trust. When it is high enough, you can continue with “Fang Without a Master” and complete “The Greymane’s New Fangs” questline.
