The Greymanes’ New Fangs Overview

This is the second quest of the Greymane Faction questline Scattered Embers: The Greymans’ New Fangs

1 – The Nag and the Stubborn One
-> 2 – A Chunk of Meat <-
3 – Fang Without a Master

Completing these three quests will unlock the “Strongbox with Wheels“ questline.

Starting the Quest

In the first quest of this questline, you’ve followed Naira to the Bloomwood Ranch in “The Nag and the Stubborn One”. When you arrive there, she asks you to fetch some meat.

This quest is the first of three for the Graymanes -> Scattered Embers -> The Greymane’s New Fangs questline.

Quest description:
“Buy meat and join Naira at the town gate.”

Buy 5 Lean Meat

Buy 5 pieces of lean meat at the butcher in Hernand town.

Rejoin Naira

Meet Naira near the southern town entrance. She’s with a Brown Dog. Talk to her and give her the meat. This will complete the mission.

This quest’s purpose is to teach you the purpose of pets. Keep petting the same creature until its trust level is full. You can then take it as your pet. Keep coming back to the Brown Dog to pet it and gain its trust. When it is high enough, you can continue with “Fang Without a Master” and complete “The Greymane’s New Fangs” questline.
