Evacuation Efforts is one of the collectible bundles in the Control Resonant Archives, with 10 collectibles in and around the Evac Building in the Evacuation Zone. Here is where every Evacuation Efforts collectible is, in the same order as the in-game menu, including Mission Notes 2 behind the Security Level 2 door and the documents on the 12th and 15th floors of the Evac Building.

2 – Evacuation Pamphlet

Go inside the Evac Building. The Evacuation Pamphlet is on a desk near the reception desk on the ground floor.

4 – Mission Notes 2
Quest: Evacuation Procedures – Escape the Building

This is probably the last Evacuation Efforts document you can collect. After you help Arish escape with the elevator, you own the Security Level 2 Keycard. Open the top door in the big staircase room on the 12th floor of the Evac Building to find Mission Notes 2.

Quest: Evacuation Procedures – Find the Source of the Tremors
Location: Evacuation Zone

Description: Mission notes taken by a member of Arish’s team.
During Find the Source of the Tremors on the 12th floor of the Evac Building, Dylan reaches a corridor with dead civilians hovering in it and reports back to Zoe. He then relives a piece of this past in the Oldest House. After this segment, back on the 12th floor, follow the red cord to a Hiss inside a room. Mission Notes 3 are in this room.
6 – Mission Notes 4

Reach the 15th floor of the Evac Building. Mission Notes 4 are in the evacuation area on this floor.
7 – An Internal FBC Comms Department Letter
Location: Evacuation Zone
Collectible Category: FBC Research & Records
Description: A letter expressing frustration at the FBC Communications.
Head to the 12th floor of the Evac Building. In the big room with staircases to the left and right, one of the passages is lit in blue. Follow it to the scaffolding at the end and traverse to the right, following the light. It leads to a room at the bottom of the scaffolding with a loot box and the letter on top of a table.
8 – Formal Complaint
Location: Central

Description: A complaint regarding the FBC’s crisis communications direction.
The Formal Complaint is in the corridor of the Evacuation Zone Checkpoint at Central.
9 – PR Video Screenplay
Location: Evacuation Zone

Description: A screenplay written for PR purposes by the FBC.
In front of the Evac Building is a small container on the ground floor that you can enter. The PR Video Screenplay is on the shelf inside.
10 – Daily Comms Log
Location: Evacuation Zone

Description: A log of the daily comms between the Evacuation Site and Field Office.
In front of the Evac Building is an elevated, orange container. The Daily Comms Log is inside on the computer desk.
