Below is the Windspear Overview Map, which includes all collectibles and activities.

Windspear POI’s

The Windspear has six POIs – Points of Interest – on the map, marked with a blue pin. Below you will find all the POIs highlighted on the map.

ECHO Log

1 – An Iridium Brief

At Lictor’s Black Site, in the southwest. After the second set of Vending Machines, you drop down into a big room full of creepers. In here is the ECHO Log. You will also go past here in the Story Mission: Dark Subject.

Description:
“You can never have too much underwear when working with Eridium.”

Dead Bolt

1 – Parting Gift

The Dead Bolt is in the valley on the southeastern side of the Umbral Foundry Fortress.

Description:
“Lennix Nasr. Dominion, Kairos. 212,868 hours. Offline.”

Lost Capsule

The only Lost Capsule is just north of the Safehouse. To reach it, you have to go all the way through the Temple of the Predecessors to glide to it from above. Taking it to the nearby safehouse is the easier part.

Propaganda Speaker

The only Propaganda Speaker is at Maker’s Pike in the center of Windspear.

Vault Fragment

Enter the Vestral Garrison from the south and make your way to the control room on the ground level to find a Vault Fragment. There is also the ECHO Log: Stop Resisting in this room, which is counted as a Low Leys ECHO Log Collectible.

Vault Symbol

For the Vault Symbol, enter the Vestral Garrison from the south and head all the way to the top. From there, you can jump and glide over to a platform with a ladder.

Climb the ladder and walk all the way around the building to find the Vault Symbol on the other side.

Activities

Safehouse: The Nightcap

The Nightcap Safehouse is built inside a cave.

The datapad is on an elevated platform inside a cave. Use the environment in the cave to reach it. The capture terminal is through the door, upstairs.

Bobbleheads

Shadowed Reverie

Follow the Side Mission “A Call For Help” that starts in Faction Town: Belton’s Bore. During the mission, you will open the top-level door. There’s a Bobblehead collectible behind it.
