1 – The Path Forward

Best is to pick up the Side Mission: It’s a Whole Phase Situation at the Low Leys. In the mission step: “Reach heart of cave”, you slide down into a cave area. From the end point of this slide, you can climb back up, above the checkpoint. Look for a grapple point. At the top is this ECHO log.

Description:
“You can turn over a new leaf whenever you like.”

2 – Phone Home

The ECHO Log is at the bottom level of the crashed spaceship at the Heart of the Mountain.

Description:
“Amara sends a final message to Pandora.”

3 – Pet Sitter

The last ECHO Log can be found – together with the only Vault Symbol – at a bar in the center of the map, by the water. The easiest way to get there is to put a pin down at the location shown in the screenshot, and you will be led there by ECHO-4. The ECHO Log is on the counter of the bar.

Vault Symbol

The only Vault Symbol can be found – together with one of the three ECHO Logs – at a bar in the center of the map, by the water. The easiest way to get there is to put a pin down at the location shown in the screenshot, and you will be led there by ECHO-4. The Vault Symbol is hidden behind the dumpster.

Activities

Order Bunker: Craven’s Nook

The Order Bunker, the only activity in the Heart of the Mountain, is in the northern parts. You will get past here during the “Crystal Brawl” Story Mission. As always with Oder Bunkers, you first have to find the Locust container to break the door’s protective shield.

-> Find Locust Container Dispenser:
Look down the ledge towards the west, and you will find the dispenser at the base of the ledge. Pull the container out and throw it to the door.

-> Explore the bunker:
Enter the bunker. The first room is a bright control room. Follow the path deeper down to a small workshop, where you can pull off the ventilator panel to crawl inside.

The vent leads to a storage room. Follow the only path further into a bigger workshop where the second wave or Order hostiles await. Continue on to an elevator shaft, where you can climb up to face the last wave or Order foes before facing the bunker boss: Callous Harbinger of Annihilating Death.
