This guide provides a straightforward walkthrough for locating the three Storage Containers and the three Data Pads at the Abandoned Authority Base location in the Twisting Canyons region of Rage 2.

Collectibles Overview
1 – Abandoned Authority Base
-> Location overview map
2 – Find 3 Storage Containers:
-> They are after Data Pad 1 on the way inside the base, in the hand scanner room, and in the Computer Room.
3 – Find 3 Data Pads:
-> They are in the first hall on the floor, after Storage Container 1 on the path into the base, and the other base exit.
Abandoned Authority Base – Location
Exploration Location:
This location promises an opportunity to scavenge loot and resources. There may or may not be competing enemies here already with the same idea. Better in the Rangers’ hands than vicious bandits.
Data Pad 1
Enter through the upper mission entrance and follow the dirt path. Continue along the trail until you reach the first group of structures. There, on the ground, you’ll find Data Pad 1.
Storage Container 1
Venture further into the base, and you’ll find Storage Container 1 conveniently located along the path.
Data Pad 2
Continue along the path from the previous Storage Container, and you’ll discover Data Pad 2 resting on a box.
Storage Container 2
In the next area, you can enter a room with a hand scanner. Here is Storage Container 2.
Data Pad 3
If you go through the room, taking the other exit, you will find Data Pad 3.
Storage Container 3
It’s in the main computer room.
