Dead Bolt
There is only one Dead Bolt at Tonnage Peel.
1 – Page Turner – Queen’s Cradle
At the heart of Queen’s Cradle, you’ll find a large outdoor courtyard. Head towards the northern entrance of Queen’s Cradle and look for an alcove with a door that doesn’t work. That’s where you’ll spot the Dead Bolt.
Description:
“Coda Da Capo. Sydine. 15,371 hours. Offline.”
Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos
You can find “The Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos: The Creatures of Carcadia Burn” at the northern toxic pools in Tonnage Peel. It’s located right between the Wreck of the Cargonian and the Quisling’s Cave.
Description:
“Arjay discusses the mighty Pangolin.”
Electi Safe
You’ll find the Electi Safe just west of the Wreck of the Last Great Hope POI, near the edge of the map/cliff.
Lost Capsule
The Lost Capsule is a long, bulky device that has to be carried back to a safehouse of your choosing – preferably the nearest one to put it in the Decryption Machine there. There is one Lost Capsule at Tonnage Peel.
1 – Northern Queen’s Cradle
The Lost Capsule is sitting on a hill just north of Queen’s Cradle, surrounded by some car wrecks and a small camp. To deliver it to the Safehouse: The Lowrise Decryptor, you’ll face a bit of a challenge – you can’t grapple or climb while carrying it, so you’ll need to toss it ahead as you go. Don’t worry if you lose it, though; the Lost Capsule will respawn at its original spot.
Propaganda Speaker
1 – Southeast Tonnage Peel
The Propaganda Speaker is in the Southeast, near the border to Grindstone of the Worthy. Hack it and survive three waves to claim this collectible.
2 – Northern Toxic Pool
The second Propaganda Speaker is at the northern toxic pool on the map, just east of the Quesling’s Cave POI marker. Hack it and survive three waves to claim this collectible.
Evocarium
You’ll find two Evocariums at Tonnage Peel: one’s right at The Lowrise Safehouse, and the other is just south of it, by the toxic pool.
1 – Eridian: Meaning – The Lowrise
You’ll find the Eridian Evocarium torch in the valley below the Lowrise Safehouse. Head to the Ripper settlement on the ground floor, and you’ll see the torch sitting on a metal structure inside.
Okay, so as always, you need to find the three glowing yellow orbs and touch them to grab the Eridian ECHO Log at the torch. The first one I went for is right in the south, on the same level as the torch. It’s annoying, but it’s perched on top of a super-narrow beam. You’ll want to jump over from the ruins just below it and aim for the back wall to land safely and snag it.
You’ll find the second orb by the purple light to the west, just above you. To get there, jump over and grab the ladder on the orb’s platform.
Alright, the third and final orb is perched on top of a building to the north. You’ll spot a strong wind vent right below it. Use that to boost yourself up to the platform where that radioactive canister is. From there, it’s a quick climb to snag the orb. Once you have it, head back to the Eridian torch for your prize: ECHO Log Eridian: Meaning.
2 – Eridian: Life – Southern Toxic Pool
Alright, the second Eridian Evocarium is just chilling by the southern toxic pool on the Tonnage Peel map. Give it a tap, and it’ll pop out those three glowing orbs.
Just like before, you’ll need to find and touch three glowing yellow orbs to get the Eridian ECHO Log at the torch. The first one is easy to spot from the torch – it’s just to the south on a ledge. Look for a red flag with a grapple point above it to get up there.
You’ll find the second orb hanging out right next to the toxic pool.
The third and final orb is a bit west of the second one, sitting on a metal structure. Just grapple up to it. After that, head back to the Eridian torch to grab: ECHO Log Eridian: Life.
Vault Fragment
You’ll find the Vault Fragment deep underground in the Wreck of the Last Great Hope. There’s a tunnel/corridor packed with creeper nests, and you can also snag an ECHO Log Collectible in there. Just keep an eye out for a vent cover on the floor that you can pull off.
Drop down into this hole and you’ll find the Vault Fragment on a pedestal.
Vault Symbols
There are three Vault Symbols hidden at Tonnage Peel.
1 – Southeastern Tonnage Peel Wreckage
You’ll find this Vault Symbol on the back of a huge piece of wreckage in the southeastern part of Tonnage Peel.
2 – Wreck of the Cargonian
You can spot this Vault Symbol etched into the bridge foundations at the Wreck of the Cargonian POI.
3 – Order Silo: Site Unseen
The Vault Symbol? It’s carved right on the outside of the Order Silo: Site Unseen. Just drop down to it from the ripper camp.
ECHO Logs
There are 6 ECHO Logs to be found at Tonnage Peel.
1 – Status Report
You can find this ECHO Log in the Lowrise Safehouse. It’s on the sofa right next to the decryptor.
Description:
“News from the front.”
2 – The Timekeeper’s Gift
You’ll find this ECHO Log just north of the Safehouse, in the lower eastern part of The Tenterhooks POI. It’s up on the upper level, right next to a round hut.
Description:
“Buyer’s remorse.”
3 – Eridium Chasers
You can find this ECHO log in a tunnel located in the western part of the Wreck of the Last Great Hope. The tunnel runs underneath the eastern section of the wreck.
Description:
“Harlowe’s hit the motherlode! What could go wrong?”
4 – Hit Your Business
Head to the top room of the northern building at Camp Spinesquelch to grab this ECHO Log.
Description:
“Two Rippers share war stories.”
5 – Her Descent Begins
You can only find this ECHO Log during the “Her Own Funeral” side mission, which starts in the main building of the Faction Town Carcadia. It’s at the third location you’ll search for Naheli.
Description:
“Lady Naheli begins an unexpected change.”
6 – Her Revenge
You can only find this ECHO Log during the “Her Own Funeral” side mission, which starts in the main building of the Faction Town Carcadia. It’s at the fifth location you’ll search for Naheli.
Description:
“Lady Naheli’s final act of revenge creates a new monster.”
Activities
There is a total of 3 Activities at Tonnage Peel
Ancient Crawler: Crumpled Lurch
-> Location: East of Safehouse: The Lowrise.
-> Completion Reward: Frenzy Forever – Vehicle Cosmetic
-> Power Core Location: You’ll find the Power Core Dispenser just north of the crawler symbol on your map, right by one of those huts.
-> Deposit: Head to the highest tower in the area, where you’ll find a very broken-up crawler. Start by climbing the nearby metal platform. You’ll need to throw the power core ahead of you and then pick it up again once you’re on the platform. Walk around the huge purple crystal to find the Deposit spot. Put the power core in, grapple to the top, and remove the metal panel there to get the Frenzy Forever – Vehicle Cosmetic.
Order Silo: Site Unseen
-> Location: Northwest Tonnage Peel, easily accessible. Interact with the terminal to claim.
Safehouse: The Lowrise
The Safehouse: The Lowrise is located in the northwest of the Tonnage Peel, perched way up on a rocky pillar.
To get up there, head in from the southwest and grapple onto that broken pipe. Once you’re across, you’ll spot the datapad up on a concrete platform. But yeah, no way to get to it from here.
Just follow the path up to the top, and you can grab the datapad there. The capture terminal is right outside, by the entrance.
